CycleFlo and Adjust-a-Stroke

The CycleFlo pump controller and Double Diaphragm pumps

The CycleFlo pump controller works in conjunction with a range of remote-activated Graco Double Diaphragm pumps, batching and dosing fluid as required. Batch amounts are preset and the controller counts the pump strokes and controls the pump speed, ensuring batch accuracy to plus or minus 5%.

The controller is simple to use and accommodates different pump sizes. Complete with pneumatic connections for the pump, the unit requires a 220V electricity supply.

The Adjust-a-Stroke metering system and piston pumps

The Adjust-a-Stroke is a totally pneumatic system that works with piston pumps. Piston pumps deliver a certain amount of fluid for each time they 'stroke' or cycle. The Adjust-a-Stroke is located on the pump air motor and employs a simple winding mechanism that changes the volume of fluid that the pump produces per stroke. A Control Box is required to count the strokes and ensure the correct shot sizes.

An accuracy of plus or minus 2% can be achieved and Adjust-a-Stroke metering produces the same dependable results for any viscosity and any flow rate within the operational capacity of the pump.
